Director – Sustainability Advisory & Reporting at Terra Instinct Limited
Harry is the founder of Terra Instinct, a relatively new firm providing outsourced sustainability reporting to over £2bn of client AUM and sustainability advisory services to funds covering: SFDR compliance, science based target submissions, responsible investment policy and net zero strategies. Prior to founding Terra Instinct Harry was a Director at KPMG in Jersey and led a sustainability reporting project for The Prince of Wales’s Accounting for Sustainability organization, working with Fortune 500 companies on their sustainability reporting. Harry is a member of the EU’s EFRAG feedback group for sustainability standards in the financial services industry and acts as sustainability advisor to the UK Future Homes organization.
Commercial Director at BPP International Finance
Stuart originally joined BPP International Finance as a tutor in 2011 and, after 4 years as a senior tutor and ACCA Programme Manager, moved to State Street in order to gain more experience in Guernsey’s fund industry. Whilst there he was Assistant Vice President in the Client Services team, responsible for a range of listed and unlisted private equity funds. He re-joined BPP in 2017 when a senior position became available. Stuart is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Stuart’s experience in the fund industry is broad, spanning 10 years in fund accounting, financial reporting, operational and regulatory compliance, board management, corporate secretarial and administration. This experience is invaluable when it comes to designing and delivering courses in the Professional Development arena across areas such as fund accounting, fund structuring and asset classes, emerging regulation, Anti Money Laundering and compliance. Stuart also delivers numerous courses for the ACCA, Chartered Governance Institute and ACA qualifications, with a focus on strategy, law and audit.
ICAEW Programme Manager (Guernsey) and Senior Tutor at BPP International Finance
Prior to joining BPP, James was a senior manager at a Big 4 audit firm where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. During his time as an auditor he was primarily responsible for serving clients in the Insurance industry. His portfolio also included real estate and debt funds listed on the London Stock Exchange, as well as private funds, fiduciaries, wealth managers, trust & company and utilities. He was also one of the Financial Services lead facilitators on internal training courses.

Guernsey Finance is a joint industry and government initiative established to promote Guernsey's financial services sector internationally, under the brand WE ARE GUERNSEY. The agency has moved to a more campaign-led approach to its work, made up of podcasts and video; press releases, blogs and articles; social media posts; and events. Each team is an important cog in the planning and deployment of a promotional campaign. Representatives from the agency’s Communications, Strategy & Technical, Design, Marketing and Events teams will take us behind the scenes and demonstrate how they collaborate in putting a campaign together to achieve the agency’s mission of promoting and connecting Guernsey as a leading finance centre in its chosen markets.
Co-lead of global Regulatory Advisory Practice at Interpath
Nigel Webb is the Guernsey-based co-lead of Interpath’s global Regulatory Advisory Practice. Nigel is a leading advisor in fields including Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, Sanctions, Enforcement Investigations, Regulatory Affairs, Conduct, Culture and the provision of expert support to the legal profession in matters as diverse as derivative trading and online gambling. Typical clients include governments, regulators, FIUs, banks, hedge funds, online gaming companies and crypto exchanges. Nigel was previously a partner at Andersen, Deloitte and FTI Consulting, and held senior executive roles at JP Morgan and ICAP.
