Directors Training Programme

Professional Development

Overview

This programme will enable Directors to appreciate the role of Company Directors by reviewing what makes a director “fit and proper”, by examining their duties, powers and liabilities. In particular, to understand what constitutes “offshore” in order to engender a greater understanding of the extra tensions that arise when operating offshore.

It will also equip attendees with sufficient knowledge to assess objectively the adequacy of their organisation’s existing risk management controls and practices and to make enhancements as appropriate.
