Jon is a partner in the Bedell Cristin litigation team. He advises professional and institutional clients worldwide across the full range of international financial services litigation. He has a close interest in cross-border enforcement and asset tracing and has received particular recognition for his work in the fraud arena.
In more local circles, Jon is especially well known for his regulatory enforcement work where he assists licensees at all stages of the GFSC investigation process, up to and including senior decision maker hearings, judicial review and legal appeals.
