  • During the session, Nichole will introduce crisis communications planning techniques such as risk scoring, stakeholder mapping, key message development and the basic principles of confident crisis communications

SPEAKER

Nichole Culverwell Chart. PR, MCIPR, Director at Black Vanilla

Nichole has over 25 years’ PR experience, working in the UK, Australia and the Channel Islands.

Her career has included in-house and large agency roles, working with a wide variety of clients across the health, retail and financial services sectors.

Nichole set up her first PR business over 15 years ago in London and now runs Black Vanilla, a Channel Islands communications agency.

Nichole is a CIPR Chartered Public Relations Practitioner and has a CIPR Specialist Diploma in Crisis Communications.
