SPEAKERS

Sam Duffy, Co Founder at The Diversity Network

Sam Duffy is a human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, resourcing and succession planning. Sam’s interest in Diversity and Inclusion began more than 20 years ago with a fascination for cultural difference. In 2017 Sam co -founded The Diversity Network to promote and enable Jersey workplaces to become more diverse and inclusive. Sam is passionate about inclusive leadership and keen to promote the positive impact this can have on organisational culture and employee wellbeing. Sam is a qualified coach and trainer and has a keen interest in the relationships between organisational culture, job design and employee resilience.

Kate Wright, Co Founder at The Diversity Network

Kate Wright has over 20 years' experience in HR, L&D, Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and performance coaching - both in-house and in recent years as a consultant providing HR, D&I and coaching services to clients across a broad range of industries in the UK and Jersey through her business, Arbre Consulting. Kate is passionate about facilitating and enabling change in the way that we work in order to make the local business community a more accessible, fair and inclusive place regardless of who you are and where you come from. In 2017, she co-founded The Diversity Network, a business networking group that aims to actively facilitate change and progress in D&I across all industries in Jersey.
