Louise Hargreaves, Counsel at Mourant

Louise is Counsel in Mourant's Guernsey Litigation team, specialising in contentious multi-jurisdictional trust disputes. She has significant experience in dealing with substantial trust litigation before the Royal Court of Guernsey, the Guernsey Court of Appeal and the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council. Louise has extensive experience in advising clients and trustees in relation to hostile document disclosure applications and attendant internal investigations, falling within complex and high value trust disputes. She also advises clients and trustees in relation to a broad range of regulatory issues. Louise offers bespoke in-house training to clients and third parties, including in relation to the conduct of internal investigations, and how they might best be structured and conducted to maximise legal professional privilege.

Hana Plsek, Senior Associate at Mourant

Hana is a Senior Associate in Mourant's Guernsey Employment practice. She joined the firm in January 2019 having previously trained and worked with Collas Crill. Her areas of practice are contentious and non-contentious employment law advising both global and local companies. She advises individuals and businesses relocating or starting up in Guernsey on visas, in particular Investor and Entrepreneur visas, immigration matters generally and employment permits and on Guernsey specific out of policy residence certificates. Hana is part of a team of specialists advising businesses on data protection matters including working with clients to ensure that their policies, procedures and third-party contracts can demonstrate compliance with data protection legislation, drafting information notices to meet the required standards of transparency and advising on the legality of international transfers of personal data. She is a regular speaker on employment related matters, contributes to articles and provides training to clients with regards to employment law.
