Martin Jones, Partner & Head of Dispute Resolution at Ferbrache & Farrell LLP

Martin Jones is a founding partner of Ferbrache & Farrell LLP and is the head of the firm’s dispute resolution practice. Martin, who has significant local and international experience, specialises in complex local and international commercial litigation including trust and regulatory matters, cross-border fraud claims, multi-jurisdictional insolvency matters, asset tracing and contract and tort claims.

He also has substantial experience in property, construction disputes and dealing with data protection issues. Martin's clients have included regulated businesses and high net worth individuals and families.

He qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales (currently non-practising) in September 1999 and practised at Masons (now Pinsent Masons) and a boutique commercial litigation practice based in London before moving to the Cayman Islands in 2003 with the law firm Campbells. Martin relocated to Guernsey late in 2006 and was admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey in 2012. Martin also regularly presents external and internal conferences and seminars and produces articles and briefings on various topics and issues of interest.

He is a member of INSOL and the International Bar Association and an overseas member of the Chancery Bar Association.
