Michael Adkins, Partner at Collas Crill LLP

Michael is a partner and advocate in Collas Crill's dispute resolution department. He specialises in regulatory, insolvency and trust disputes and advises clients on all aspects of their relationships with regulators, clients and competitors. This includes advice relating to initial compliance and licensing matters, through to investigations and litigation of disputes. In addition to his financial services work, Michael has an interest in corporate insolvency and reconstructions as well as broader corporate and commercial litigation matters. He is a member of the IBA (Insolvency Section), ARIES and R3.
