This seminar aims to develop understanding of the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) approach to the regulation of the financial services industry. Delegates will develop a deeper understanding of the framework under which the JFSC operates and how they authorise, supervise and enforce. Using case studies, the seminar will look at where regulated license holders have been subject to enforcement and the lessons learnt.
