Delegates will look at why feedback is important including choosing when to give feedback. They will learn tools and techniques for giving effective feedback and learn how to construct an action plan so improvements in skills or behaviours can be tracked and substantiated.

Learning Outcomes

  • Be able to provide effective feedback that is received in a positive and constructive way
  • Be able to create action plans for improvement and implement reviews to evidence targeted skill or behavioural changes
