Stephen Alexander, Partner and Advocate at Mourant

Stephen has broad experience in a wide range of commercial disputes, trust issues, contentious investment fund and banking matters, and insolvencies and restructurings. He has worked on some of the largest cases before the Jersey courts in recent years. He has regularly appeared as an advocate before the English, Cayman Islands and Jersey courts.

Stephen is a member of the Law Societies of England and Wales, the Cayman Islands and Jersey, the IBA, INSOL, the Restructuring and Insolvency Association in the Cayman Islands and the Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Experts (ARIES) in Jersey. Stephen sits on the Legal and Regulatory Committee of ARIES and is Acting Committee Member of the Law Society of Jersey. Stephen is listed on the Citywealth Leaders List, 2018 and on Legal Week's Private Client Global Elite 2018: Ones to Watch list.
