TUTOR

Keith Dixon, Partner at Carey Olsen

Keith has practised Jersey law since 1994. Since 1999 he has developed a specialised commercial and private trust and fiduciary practice. Between 2004 and 2007 Keith acted as a director of a Jersey based trust company business and had primary responsibility for the administration of a sizable family office structure during that period.

He presently advises a mix of global and institutional trustees, family offices and high net worth private clients on commercial and private trusts, foundations, charitable and not-for-profit organizations, succession, pension and estate planning issues as well as on associated regulatory and compliance matters. He has written for several journals and frequently speaks at seminars and conferences on trust law and private client matters.

Keith was admitted as a Notary Public in Jersey in July 2014 and became a partner of Carey Olsen in July 2016.
