    Giles Corbin, Partner at Mourant

    Giles is a Partner in Mourant's International Trusts and Private Client team in Jersey, with over 20 years' experience of advising on Jersey private wealth holding structures. Giles practices in all aspects of non-contentious trust and foundation law with a focus on assisting trust companies on any issues arising during the course of administration. He has spoken at international trust conferences in Jersey, Moscow, London, Geneva and Singapore and co-authored the Jersey template precedents for instruments of retirement and appointment of trustees (together with indemnities) for the STEP Practical Guide to the Transfer of Trusteeships. Giles is a member of the Charities Law Working Group, Trust Law Working Group and Foundations Law Working Group assisting with the development of those laws.
