Josephine Howe, Partner at Ogier

Josephine Howe is an Advocate within Ogier’s Business and Trust Law Group in Jersey. She acts for a wide range of professional trustees, settlors, beneficiaries and family offices on all issues concerning trusts and foundations as well as private wealth, charity/philanthropy and regulatory matters.

Her principle areas of expertise include advising ultra-high net worth clients and family offices on the establishment and administration of complex trust structures, advising on and drafting the documentation to restructure trusts and advising on rectifying and mitigating breaches of trust and works closely with her dispute resolution colleagues in connection with trustee representations to court.

Josephine is a member of STEP and a member of the working party on philanthropy in Jersey.
