Robin is a Client Director at Ipes, a leading provider of outsourced services to Private Equity. As Client Director, Robin is responsible for the structuring and ongoing management of closed ended alternative investment funds. Robin currently sits on a number of general partner and special purpose vehicle boards across a range of investment strategies and Robin’s current client base includes Private Equity, Venture Capital, Renewables, Fund of Funds and Debt. Prior to joining Ipes, Robin was a Director within the Fund Administration business of Kleinwort Benson Bank where he gained extensive experience in Private Equity, Mezzanine and Real Estate funds. He has served on a number of Fund Boards of which some were regulated, managed entities and stock exchange listed. Robin holds a Masters in Business Administration in finance, is a member of the Chartered Management Institute and holds a number of legal qualifications. |
