SPEAKER

Perrin Carey, Chief Compliance Officer at Stride Gaming Plc

Perrin, a professionally qualified and experienced senior executive who has worked in compliance, risk management, governance and quality assurance for the last 16 years. This has involved financial services, online gambling, UK Higher Education institutions, global education providers, and the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.

Currently, Chief Compliance Officer for a UK AIM Listed Plc, Stride Gaming, Perrin was hired to drive key change in the governance, risk management and compliance frameworks following significant regulatory sanctions and fines in 2018. He is overseeing the implementation of a ‘best practice’ three lines of defence control model through the delivery of dynamic and responsive operating governance and risk management frameworks.

Perrin holds a Post Graduate qualification in Corporate Governance and the ICA International Diploma in Compliance.
