Gareth is a Senior Associate in the Corporate, Finance and
Funds team at Collas Crill LLP, specialising in investment fund structuring and
advice. Gareth has over 10 years of
experience in the Guernsey financial services sector, and regularly advises on
the establishment and licensing of all types of investment structures, both
open and closed ended, as well as managers and advisers to such structures. Gareth also has extensive experience in all types of lending
and security transactions including high value, complex, multi-jurisdictional
financing structures and he regularly advises both institutional and private
lenders at all stages of the lending process. Gareth was admitted as a solicitor of England and Wales in
2009, and as a Cayman attorney in 2015. |
