Haley has worked in Guernsey’s finance industry since 2001. Before establishing Centillion, she occupied senior management roles across third party fund administration businesses. During this time she gained significant exposure as the effective company secretary to several high-profile investment funds, including FTSE 250 vehicles. Haley holds a law degree plus the Institute of Directors Certificate in Company Direction and is qualified as a barrister and as an EU GDPR Practitioner (EU GDPR P). She is currently the Chair of the Technical Sub-Committee of the Guernsey Investment Fund Association (GIFA) and sits as a member of the Technical Committee of the Guernsey International Business Association (GIBA). |
