This seminar forms part of the 2019 Guernsey Future of Financial Services CPD Seminar Series – a series of 10 CPD seminars, which take place once a month.

The 2019 Guernsey Future of Financial Services CPD Seminar Series provides essential updates on the future trajectory of financial services for those working in the financial services industry in Guernsey. All seminars are delivered by industry recognised experts. This series will comprise 10 monthly seminars of 60 minutes, inclusive of a 15-minute Q&A, covering a wide range of topics.

SPEAKER

Rachael C. Bearder MBA FCSI PIOR, Innovations Manager at Ravenscroft Holdings Limited

Rachael joined Ravenscroft as a consultant in April 2017 to help the organization prepare for future growth by improving scalability across the group and became a permanent member of the team in April 2018. Rachael has more than 30 years’ experience in the finance industry. She began her career as a securities dealer, before becoming head of discretionary portfolio management at Credit Suisse in Guernsey. After several years, she decided to follow a new path and became a director in business support and risk management, specializing in process improvement, project management and strategy development. She passionate about pensions and is currently researching ways of encouraging young adults to invest as part of a Doctorate programme with Henley Management School.
