Matthew has particular experience in acting for bidders and sellers in auction transactions, coordinating multi-jurisdictional teams and advising on the regulatory challenges that such transactions can present. In addition to specialising in mergers and acquisitions, Matthew lead's Ogier's non-contentious regulatory group and also advises on: Jersey tax reporting requirements; financial services regulation and competition law; corporate restructurings; equity and debt fundraisings; and general corporate matters. Matthew has advised on many of the landscape-changing transactions in the Jersey fiduciary sector. |
