Gemma Renfrey is the CI Customer Services Manager

Gemma is responsible for managing the Jersey and Guernsey Customer Services teams as well as the administration of the ICAEW qualification programme. Coming to us from Jersey International Business School, where Gemma had 7 years’ experience looking after all elements of training administration, she brings a wealth of understanding of the financial services training arena.

Her broad range of experience in administration means that Gemma is able to handle a variety of different client needs and her focus is on offering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Gemma has a military and fitness background and runs outdoor fitness classes and personal fitness training as a part-time interest. She is a keen cycle-tourer and outdoor activities enthusiast.
