Vickie Corson

Vickie Corson is Senior Tutor and Client Relationship Manager

Since she joined BPP International Finance, Vickie has had a keen interest in developing strong relationships with clients and students. Vickie believes that the three-way partnership between the student, their company and BPP is key to a successful professional journey. Alongside her role as senior tutor, Vickie also is one of our student welfare officers and has undertaken her mental health first aider course.

Vickie was born in Jersey, educated at Beaulieu Convent, joining Ernst and Young LLP as part of the A-level intake. She studied AAT, moving on to ACCA, all studied with BPP. When she was part-qualified she moved to Investec Trust Company, where she completed her ACCA. She has a number of years’ experience, both as an auditor and being audited, and experience in local practice preparing both financial statements and managements accounts, for a range of entities and structures.

Her enthusiasm for teaching was ignited when she decided to undertake her Level 3 City and Guilds in Educating Adults, then joining the BPP International Finance team in 2020. She teaches across ACCA, ICAEW and CGI with a main focus on performance and financial management papers for ACCA at the Applied Skills and Advanced level.

Vickie continues to use her accountancy skills outside the workplace and volunteers on charity committees and for her parish on the accounts committee. In her spare time Vickie enjoys pottering in her garden and the chance to get stuck into a good book. She also enjoys making the most of Jersey’s gorgeous coastline and countryside with her family and their dogs.
