Richard joined BPP in 2007 from Finalysys where he was a software training consultant and able to pursue his interest in computer software. Prior to that he was a Science Teacher at Hautlieu School.
Richard’s main responsibilities are writing and maintaining the materials for several of the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme modules. He also creates and delivers CPD and professional development programmes involving trust and company administration, company secretarial skills and corporate governance.
Richard’s teaching style is very interactive and he uses lots of lecture examples and class tasks, some individually and some in group discussions. He uses a variety of media including MS PowerPoint, video clips, annotating course and revision notes, all adapted to the specific format of the course whether face to face or online classroom live.
Richard delivers examination courses for the ACCA, Chartered Governance Institute and ACA qualifications, specialising in offshore trust and company law and administration. He also creates and delivers various CPD courses involving trust and company administration, company secretarial skills and corporate governance.
